1- RETURN AND EXCHANGE

Return Policy • All products sold on www.denokids.com are under the guarantee of our company. www.denokids.com acts in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law in return transactions. In all purchases made from www.denokids.com, the package containing the product must be opened next to the cargo officer and a report must be kept for the missing products. The ability to return a product is generally subject to the following conditions:

In order to return the product, the packaging must be unopened and the box must not be damaged.

However, in some categories of www.denokids.com, different return conditions may apply due to the nature of the products and services.

Before purchasing the product, the return conditions of the products that differ according to the general return procedure are primarily valid. Please send the products you want to return with a note stating the reason for the return and your invoice so that statistical studies can be carried out on the product. If the invoice of the product you want to return is corporate, you must send it together with the return invoice issued by the institution when returning it.

The return invoice should be issued without including the cargo share (product unit price in the form of VAT). Order returns whose invoices are issued on behalf of institutions cannot be completed unless a return invoice is issued. In cases where any deterioration, breakage, destruction, tearing, use and other conditions are detected in the product and its packaging, and if the product cannot be returned as it was when it was delivered to the customer, the product will not be returned and the price will not be refunded.

If the products coming to www.denokids.com are delivered in accordance with the return conditions, the refund of the product amounts will be processed on the day the product reaches us. The time for the refund to be reflected in your account is at the discretion of your bank. Refunds to the credit card are reflected to the account within 1 to 3 weeks at the latest, and payments made by wire transfer are reflected to the account within 1 week at the latest.

For malfunctions that may occur after the product reaches the customer, the authorized services of the manufacturer should be consulted. If there is no defect in the return process by the sender, the shipping fee will be paid by the buyer. Return Period • In general, you can return the product you purchased with the product invoice within seven (7) days from the date of purchase, without opening the box and without impairing the resaleability of the product.

If you want the products you ordered to be canceled without stating a reason before the cargo is released, you can request a refund to info@denokids.com or from the order return section of the contact forms. After the approval is received, the amount you have paid will be returned to your credit card without any problems within 7 working days.

Before sending the product to us, you must notify us of your return request by filling out the contact form in the contact area. After the delivery confirmation regarding the return is sent to you by our technical department, please send us the signed letter stating why you are returning the product along with the package. You will be notified by phone or e-mail confirmation information.

In case the products delivered to our relevant service are delivered in accordance with the return conditions, the refund of the product amounts will be processed on the day the product reaches us. Problems Caused by Delivery;

In case of damaged package;

- Damaged packages should not be received and a report should be made to the cargo company official.

- If the cargo company representative thinks that the package is not damaged, you have the right to open the package and have the products checked that they were delivered undamaged and to request that the situation be determined with a report.

- After the package is received by you, it is deemed that the delivery company has done its duty properly.

- If the package is not accepted and a report is kept, the situation should be reported to info@denokids.com as soon as possible with the copy of the report you have. It will ensure that a new and healthy delivery takes place as soon as possible after the notification.
